Anthony Judd is a statistic breaker. He spent 10 years in foster care, exiting from extended foster care at 20 years old. Today, he has a full-time job and stable housing.
Anthony served as a Founding Board Member from July 2016 to July 2019. In his role as Youth Advocate, he gave a unique and necessary perspective to our mission-driven work. Through his personal foster care experience as well as having had a mentor during that time, he served as an important resource when we were developing our youth and mentor training materials. His efforts continue to be a benefit to youth, not that much younger than himself. While no longer on the board, Anthony remains committed to our mission. He continues to volunteer for special events and has presented for us on multiple occasions.
Anthony graduated from Calvine High School. Since then, he has been steadily employed, working multiple jobs simultaneously at times, and is currently employed as a Sales Associate with Red Bull. He spends his free time enjoying friends, movies and good food. After more than 15 years, Anthony and his mentor have remained close.
